Soul-Centered Conversations

Sometimes what you need isn't advice. It's space to hear your own wisdom.

For women standing at the threshold of a new chapter.

There are a lot of changes in our third age. The roles we've occupied, the identities we've carried, and the expectations we've lived by may no longer fit quite as comfortably.

Perhaps you're facing a decision, navigating a transition, questioning what comes next or simply sensing that something in your life is asking for your attention.

Soul-Centered Conversations offer a space to pause, reflect and explore what's unfolding. Through thoughtful conversation, reflective questions and deeper listening, we'll make room for you to hear yourself more clearly and discover what feels true for this season of your life. Soul-Centered Conversations are one-to-one guided conversations for women navigating the questions of the second half of life. Together, we make space for reflection, honest conversation, and gentle discernment as you explore transitions, purpose, identity, relationships, legacy, and what it means to become an elder.

A space to explore what matters now

The second half of life brings questions that don't always have easy answers.

Who am I becoming? What matters to me now? What am I ready to leave behind? How do I want to spend the years ahead? What does it mean to grow older with intention and become an elder?

You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined question or a plan for what comes next.

You simply need a willingness to be curious about your own life.

Our conversations might explore:

  • Life transitions: Making sense of change and finding your footing in a new chapter.

  • Identity and becoming: Exploring who you are beyond the roles and expectations you've carried.

  • Purpose and meaning: Asking what matters now and where your energy wants to go.

  • Relationships and boundaries: Considering how you want to relate to others in this season of life.

  • Letting go: Recognizing what no longer fits and making room for something new.

  • Elderhood: Exploring what it means to grow into your own wisdom and authority.

How Soul-Centered Conversations work

Each conversation begins with you: what's happening in your life, what's occupying your thoughts, or what feels ready to be explored.

I bring thoughtful questions, attentive listening, reflection and practices that can help you look at your situation from a different perspective.

Sometimes we may explore a particular question. At other times, the conversation may take us somewhere unexpected. We may create a ritual together. There is no prescribed sequence or formula. Your guestions will guide our work.

My approach draws on conscious aging, reflective inquiry, spiritual listening and the wisdom that comes from paying attention to our own lived experience.

I won't tell you what to do or make decisions for you. My role is to help create the space in which you can listen more deeply, recognize what you already know and become clearer about your own way forward.

You can book an individual conversation whenever you feel the need.

For women wanting to explore something more deeply, I generally recommend beginning with three sessions. This gives us time to return to a question, notice what's changing and allow new understanding to emerge.

A little bit about me…

You can get the in-depth bio on my About page. Here are some things I want you to know before we work together. I am a Soul-Centered Aging Guide working with women navigating the transitions of the second half of life. I am not a coach, spiritual director or therapist.

My work is rooted in more than three decades of experience in leadership development, facilitation and adult learning, alongside a Master's degree in Leadership and training in conscious aging and Sage-ing principles. I come with a depth of understanding of spiritual practices.

Over the years, my work has increasingly turned toward the deeper questions of aging: identity, meaning, spirituality, mortality, wisdom and what it means to become an elder.

I believe that growing older invites us into a different kind of work. It asks us to examine the stories we've lived, release what no longer serves us and become more fully ourselves.

I don't believe anyone else can tell us how to live this chapter of our lives.

But I do believe that thoughtful questions, honest conversation and the willingness to listen can help us find our way.

That is the spirit in which I offer Soul-Centered Conversations.

What you can expect from this work

As we enter the third act of life, the questions we are asking can feel heavier. The decisions can seem more complicated. I work with you to help you get clearer on what’s important now.

Women often leave this work with a sense of:

  • Greater clarity about what is changing in their life

  • Relief from carrying everything alone in their head

  • A deeper understanding of what they are ready to release

  • A stronger sense of direction, even if all the answers are not yet known

  • Increased self-trust in how they move forward

  • A feeling of reconnection to themselves after a period of disorientation

  • Tools to help discern future decisions

You will not leave with a fixed plan for your life.

You will leave with something more important:

A clearer inner compass.
