I've been creating vision boards and leading others through the process for over a decade.
However, a few years ago, something began to shift within me. The images and words that drew me in were quite different from what had previously appealed to me. Last year, everything fell into place. I realized that what I was creating wasn't about some big vision for my work or life. I wasn't dreaming about success in the ways I had in the past. Instead, I was choosing images and words that were pulled from somewhere deeper inside me. It was then that I had an 'aha' moment. I wasn't creating a vision board anymore, I was making a Wisdom Board™.
I spent the last year thinking about launching this new approach and guiding women in the third act creating their own Wisdom Board™. Here it is!
Why Create a Wisdom Board™?
Because at this stage of life, our focus is different. There is an internal shift to focus on what's most aligned with what really matters.

The Process
The Wisdom Board workshop is a guided experience that combines journaling, ritual, and creative reflection.
1. Opening Ritual: We begin with a gentle grounding practice to settle into the workshop and invite clarity.
2. Guided Journalling: You will receive prompts that will help you explore your current values, desires, concerns and more.
3. Creating Your Wisdom Board™: Once you've registered, you will receive a list of what you need to have on hand to create your board. You'll receive further instruction and time to make your actual board.
4. Sharing & Closing Ritual: We'll end with time for sharing and a ritual to celebrate what emerged for you during the workshop.
