Your third act of life is brimming with changes.  Whether you’re retiring, moving, navigating your relationships with adult children, experiencing loss, or standing at the threshold of discovering new purpose, the process of integration is essential.

Several years ago, a wise colleague said to me, "I see you as a spiritual doula." I had no idea what she meant but something about her statement resonated with me. I've thought of it often. And I've struggled with what to call the one on one work I do with women. Life coaching sounds like we are going to come up with a list of tasks for you to complete. Spiritual director is close but not everyone I work with fits into a box when it comes to faith and spirituality. So, I'm testing out Life Integration Coach. Titles are tricky!

 

Life Integration Sessions are soul-centered, one-to-one experiences designed to support you in discerning your path forward while honoring the fullness of your life story.

These sessions sit somewhere between spiritual direction and coaching. They are sacred conversations held in deep presence and compassionate listening. I use the words integration, discernment and direction to define our intention. Together, we will explore the chapters of your life, uncover the wisdom woven through your experiences, and gently hold space for what wants to emerge next.

Having a place to process your experience without pressure is at the heart of these sessions.  I offer Soul-Centered support to help you weave together your story and discern your next chapter

You are a woman 55 or older who:

• Is facing a significant life transition—retirement, relocating, caregiving changes, or a shift in identity—and you want to move through it with clarity and discernment.

• Feels called to reflect on your life story, reclaim your personal narrative, and weave your past experiences into a coherent, empowering whole.

• Desires a soul-centered, nonjudgmental space where you can be truly seen, heard, and supported.

• Wants to cultivate your inner wisdom and confidence as you step into elderhood or the next phase of your journey.
