Soul-Centered Planning

Preparing for the End of Life with Clarity and Care
Image by The Good Funeral Guide

What if planning for the end of life could be a soulful, empowering act of love?

The truth is, most people avoid it.

Only 1 in 3 Americans and less than 1 in 5 Canadians have completed basic end-of-life documents like a will or advance directive.

And the cost of not preparing is steep:

  • Funeral and estate confusion can cost families thousands of dollars

  • Family conflict and stress increase dramatically when wishes aren’t known

  • Unspoken regrets and unresolved emotions often remain long after the loss

When we don’t plan, we leave our loved ones overwhelmed, unsure of what we want and unprepared to carry it out.

But there’s another way. Soul-Centered Planning is a gentle, guided journey through the emotional, practical, and spiritual aspects of end-of-life preparation.

Whether you’ve been putting this off or you're ready for deeper reflection, this experience offers clarity, peace, and a legacy of love.

Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone—particularly women in midlife or later—who wants to thoughtfully prepare for the end of life. Whether you’ve never begun this process or already have some documents in place, you'll find practical tools and deep support here.

What if I already have a will or power of attorney?

That’s great! This course goes beyond paperwork. You’ll reflect on your spiritual legacy, clarify final wishes, and ensure that your plans still reflect your values today. Most participants discover areas they hadn’t considered.

What if I’m not spiritual or don’t follow a particular tradition?

That’s completely fine. The “soul-centered” part of this course invites you to connect with your own sense of meaning, however you define it. All beliefs are welcome.

How big is the group?

To keep things personal and supportive, the group is limited to no more than 16 participants. This allows for time to share, reflect, and connect.

What if I can’t attend one of the live Zoom sessions?

All group sessions are recorded and shared with participants, so you won’t miss the content. That said, attending live is encouraged to get the most out of the group connection.

How long are the sessions?

Each monthly group session lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. Your private coaching session will be 45–60 minutes, scheduled at your convenience during the program.

What if I don't live in Canada?
Yes! While legal resources may differ slightly by country, the core concepts, templates, and guidance are the same.  I’ll direct you to country-specific resources as needed.

Is this course only for people who are terminally ill or aging?

Not at all. This course is for anyone ready to bring consciousness and care to the inevitable. Many participants are healthy and simply want to leave less burden—and more clarity—for their loved ones.

What if I have more questions before signing up?

I’d be happy to talk with you. Just reach out via email, and I’ll answer any questions you have.
